This conference presents the work of our collaborative research partners—Coventry University (UK), Alfred Nobel University (Ukraine), and Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture (Ukraine)—as part of SPRINGBOARD, a project addressing the under‑representation of women in leadership roles within Higher Education Institutions (HEIs).
The project is funded by the British Council’s Going Global Partnerships – Gender Equality Partnerships Programme.
During the event, we will share key research findings that illuminate the barriers affecting women’s leadership progression in HEIs across the UK and Ukraine, and introduce our newly developed online programme aimed at addressing these challenges and discuss wider policy implications.
